Exclusive accommodations in a modern hacienda consisting of 3 connecting, separate entrance units that share common space patios and gardens, an infinity pool, BBQ area and 3 off-street parking spaces. 

 

Household amenities include high-speed Telmex internet with HBOmax, full size washer and dryer, beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. Each apartment features air conditioning, luxury linens, robes, and a lockbox safe. Fully stocked kitchens are provided with consumables (salt/pepper, olive oil, tin foil, napkins, etc) and bottled drinking water with its own dedicated tap at the kitchen sink. Complete home water filtration system. Secure, high-wall perimeters with digital coded door entries, a SimpliSafe alarm system and closed circuit 24hr surveillance cameras. Built in surge protection throughout the entire complex and solar panels to ensure your electricity bills are zero.

 

Housekeeping up to 3 times per week is included (you can reduce to once or twice if desired), with property management staff on call.

The lower level is quiet and cool with garden views, King bedroom with table and chairs, en-suite spa bathroom with an oversized rain shower and bathtub oasis, large walk-in closet, connected, furnished garden patio. Space for an extra guest to sleep on an air mattress as needed.

 

The upper level has a vaulted ceiling great room on the pool level. Full size kitchen with granite countertops, garbage disposal, dishwasher, electric oven and induction stovetop. Private, poolside furnished terrace with partial bay views. A convertible 2-person queen sleeper sofa provides extra guest space with direct access to an additional shared powder room and outdoor shower at the pool area. The Studio: $150/night High / $100/night Low / $200/night Holiday

Sleeps 4 in a vaulted ceiling studio with queen-size "Murphy" bed / sofa combo, and an additional double bed in the loft. 1 bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Granite countertop kitchen with full size appliances including garbage disposal, dishwasher and electric oven and ceramic stovetop. Sleeps 2 in a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, 2 story streetside apartment. 

 

The lower level is breezy with an open concept living room, dining room, 1/2 bathroom and full kitchen with gas range.

 

The upper level includes a vaulted ceiling, King bedroom with sitting area and built-in closets with a 43" TV. Full bathroom with custom 2-person bathtub and walk-in shower. The private balcony overlooks the neighborhood and partial bay views. Virtual tour and images below.
