You are 50 meters to 2 blocks from absolutely everything you could want, including fruterias, pescaderias, taquerias, tortillerias, convenient stores, clothing shops, a sports bar, and more. This location is closer to the beach than many properties in the south end of the Golden Zone, and the locals are truly lovely people. If you’re looking to avoid the touristic vibe, you owe it to yourself to check out this complex. If you have mobility issues, I will not recommend this condo.
