Welcome to the Real Estate section of Nayarit Living.

This past year, we've become known for long-term rentals, however, our primary focus is selling real estate. I, Geordie Seed, personally have decades of experience with real estate in Canada – buying and selling land and homes, custom building, and rental and property management. After living a few months in Bucerias, it became quite clear that real estate was calling me here in Mexico. For that reason, I joined the team at Pacific Paradise Realtors in the Marina of Puerto Vallarta. They have two decades of experience in this region with waterfront properties being their specialty. I’m pleased to be part of a company that is run like a close family and I look forward to offering turnkey solutions and service to my clients.
