Essential items for your vacation rental

As rental agents and as owners of our own rental property, we make sure that the properties we manage are properly equipped with the essentials + more. After all, travelers are searching for a vacation rental that provides all the conveniences of home and perhaps a bit more.

If you own a rental property, to make your listing more attractive, add these items to your amenities and make sure they're available when your guests arrives. We guarantee you that you will have great reviews and repeat customers.

As a renter, ask yourself what is important to make your holiday a memorable one. Check the following list and make sure that your next rental has what it needs. And if the property is missing key items, see if the owner will purchase it for you before you agree to the rental deal. And make sure you have it added to your rental agreement.

If we've missed any of your must haves on this list, drop us a line and let us know. We will add it to our list below.

What Our Clients Say

Michelle.jpg

Michelle W.

I met Geordie Seed through one of his Facebook listings. He followed up in divine time after two other properties fell through and I ended up signing a lease on his listing.

A very big reason why I committed to his listing was not just the apartment, but Geordie himself. From my experience, he has the unique characteristics of integrity, empathy and sincerely intending a win-win situation for both property owner and tenant. I trust that everything will be delivered as promised. His follow through and sincere kindness and caring are a breath of fresh air.

I highly recommend Geordie. You won't be disappointed!
