Welcome to the Real Estate section of Nayarit Living.

This past year, we've become known for long-term rentals, however, our primary focus is selling real estate. I, Geordie Seed, personally have decades of experience with real estate in Canada – buying and selling land and homes, custom building, and rental and property management. After living a few months in Bucerias, it became quite clear that real estate was calling me here in Mexico. For that reason, I joined the team at Pacific Paradise Realtors in the Marina of Puerto Vallarta. They have two decades of experience in this region with waterfront properties being their specialty.
