As realtors and rental managers, we have a wonderful sense of what people want in a long-term rental and this unit has it all.

We are looking for a 6-month renter through high-season and we’ll consider a 12-month tenant starting now as well. Nothing less will be considered.

Pricing:

November, April, and May at $25,000 pesos monthly
December to April at $30,000 pesos monthly
June to November at $15,000 pesos monthly

Electricity will be charged extra. Gas, water, bi-weekly mandatory maid service, and high-speed internet are all included. Two months’ rent is required to secure the booking. The balance is due when you take occupancy along with a $10,000 pesos security deposit. For out-of-town guests, we can facilitate e-transfers for the deposit to streamline the process and provide a paper trail.
