The owner of this newly constructed apartment can’t make it until May and is allowing the landlord to rent it out on their behalf. It is an extension of the other Casa Verano property we have been promoting. There is a pool shared by only 4 tenants, a large balcony, dedicated laundry in the building, king size bed, new lounger sofa and TV, new appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen. The street is relatively quiet compared to most options in Bucerias and is within walking distance of everything. The landlord lives in the complex and is very hands on. The unit is not completely furnished with wall art, decorations, and plants, as it is in the final phase of finishing.

 

However, everything one requires for a comfortable last-minute stay will be in place. We are ideally looking to lock in a tenant by Jan 15th,  who is interested in a 2 to 3.5 month stay. The rate is $1500 USD ($30,000 pesos) monthly and includes electricity, internet, gas, water, and weekly maid service. If water delivery is important, you can arrange with the landlord.
